山水図猪口 Landscape Cup

寸胴型のいわゆる「そば猪口」とよばれる形。一般的なそば猪口は18世紀以降に量産されるが、これはそれより一時代前の、藍九谷の特徴をのこす、比較的レアな猪口である。とくに上に向かって末広がりになる形は（例外はあるが）古い時代の猪口に多い。サラサラっとしたなにげない絵付けだが、実はゴスの濃淡や構図など、職人の技がさえている。これぞ古伊万里といった猪口である。

This is categorized as soba-choko ware that has a straight silhouette from top to bottom. Soba-choko was mainly produced in or after the 18th century, but this cup has a characteristic of the 17th-century Imari ware. For example, the shape of broadening toward the top is typically seen in old Imari cups. The drawing looks simple, but the shade of blue glaze and the composition are very skillful.
