梅竹図 小猪口 Plum Blossom and Bamboo

口径 top width: 62 mm / 底径 bottom width: 42 mm / 高さ height: 54 mm

形はそば猪口に似ているが、大きさはのぞき猪口に近い。もった瞬間、薄造りの器の繊細さが指に伝わってくる感じがする、上出来な古伊万里である。染付で描かれた竹矢来の向こう側にあたたかみのある色絵の梅の木が見える構図もおもしろい。

It is like a soba-choko in the shape, but the size is rather similar to that of a nozoki-choko. The well-made thin body was able to soon be felt through my fingers at the antique shop before seeing in detail. It is interesting that plum trees are seen through a bamboo fence.
