赤絵輪線文 小猪口 Red Lines Small Cup

口径 top width: 69 mm / 高台径 bottom width: 36 mm / 高さ height: 57 mm

この猪口にはちょっと形容しがたい魅力があり、骨董屋で手にとったとき、これはほしい、と思った。きわめて薄造りで、器の形も整っており、つくったのが相当熟練したろくろ職人だったことが想像される。もちろん上絵付けも、単純な線ながら、安定性を感じさせる。

It seems to me that this cup has an indescribable attractiveness. The cup's body is thin and well formed, suggesting that it was made by an expert craftsman. The simple red lines show a kind of stability.

光が透けるほどの薄造りである。時代は17世紀末〜18世紀初頭とおもわれる。
It is almost transparent.
